I'm Gillian. I've been behind the camera since I was a kid. I was uploading to YouTube long before most people even knew what YouTube was. Ten years ago I turned it into my profession.
An early milestone that showed me this works: I grew a YouTube channel to 100,000 subscribers for the first time. Today, after more than 10 years of professional work, my videos have over 500 million views in total, several of them above 10 million. Brands like Red Bull, Coca-Cola, BILLA, PENNY, Deichmann and UNIQA are among my clients, and my videos have also aired on ORF, Austrian national TV.
What still drives me after 10+ years? Video is and remains the strongest marketing format, and it will only become more important. Still, I keep seeing two problems: business owners and personal brands leave potential on the table because they don't use video, or not enough. And when they do, they often pay agency prices for videos that look good but do nothing for their marketing, because the marketing know-how behind them is missing.

I am the videographer myself, no subcontractors, no interns. In practice that means one wedding per weekend. If your date is in peak season (May to September), it makes sense to ask early. If it's short notice, ask anyway, sometimes it works out.
